Adam Investigations Counsel conducts impartial investigations into sensitive, complex, and critical allegations.

Adam Investigations Counsel specializes in conducting discreet, thorough, and impartial investigations that help public, private, and education-sector employers investigate, report, and remedy issues before complaints escalate.

Firm founder Aisha Shelton Adam works exclusively in workplace investigations and is regularly retained by public agencies, corporations, and educational institutions to independently investigate various misconduct allegations and situations triggering the need for an external investigation.

During an investigation, Ms. Adam listens to employees and asks the right questions to provide organizations with the clear, unbiased information needed to identify workplace issues, resolve conflicts, address unfairness, mitigate or minimize risk, and restore confidence in the workplace and organization.

Ms. Adam is certified in workplace and Title IX investigations from the Association of Workplace Investigators and T9 Mastered, respectively, and in trauma-informed questioning. Adam Investigations Counsel is committed to elevating the quality of workplace investigations through education and is on the pulse of trends, legislation, and court decisions impacting workplaces to deliver clients clear, useful investigation results.
