During an investigation, Ms. Adam listens to employees and asks the right questions to provide organizations with the clear, unbiased information needed to identify workplace issues, resolve conflicts, address unfairness, mitigate or minimize risk, and restore confidence in the workplace and organization. 

Ms. Adam is certified in workplace and Title IX investigations from the Association of Workplace Investigators and T9 Mastered, respectively, and in trauma-informed questioning.
