Adam Investigations Counsel is proud to announce the addition of Adriana Galindo to its leading Workplace Investigations team. Ms. Galindo further strengthens the firm’s ability to conduct vital workplace and Title IX investigations that provide entities with the information needed to make informed decisions.

Adriana is exceptional at building a rapport with witnesses and creating comfortable interview atmospheres.”
A litigator turned attorney investigator, Ms. Galindo conducts empathetic interviews, completes detailed workplace investigations, and prepares reports that withstand scrutiny.
Throughout her professional career, Ms. Galindo has practiced in the employment litigation arena and championed the defense of both large and small private companies against allegations of discrimination, harassment and retaliation, wrongful termination, wage and hour violations, disability, and failure to accommodate, whistleblower claims, gender violence, and violations of statutory leave laws. Vital to her practice is her trial and arbitration experience litigating the propriety of such investigations.
Ms. Galindo also has experience advising employers in all areas of employment law and conducing sexual harassment compliance trainings for private companies in both English and Spanish. She has also trained human resources personnel on conducting legally compliant workplace investigations.
She earned her law degree from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles and her bachelor’s degree at the University of California, Los Angeles. A member of the Association of Workplace Investigators, Ms. Galindo will earn her AWI Training Institute certification in early 2021.
