Adam Investigations Counsel is thrilled to welcome workplace investigator Jennifer Williams to the firm. Ms. Williams comes to Adam Investigations Counsel with a wealth of experience in conducting workplace investigations and settling, litigating, and preventing employment disputes.
Throughout her diverse career spanning the legal, media, and entertainment industries, Ms. Williams honed her ability to impartially analyze evidence and present complex findings with clarity. Her experience delivering clear, thorough, and well-reasoned investigative reports enhances Adams Investigations Counsel’s service providing clients with impartial and comprehensive analyses of complex issues, including claims of racial and religious discrimination, bullying, sexual harassment, sexual assault, and more.
She began her career as a law clerk for the Hon. Roanne L. Mann in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York before transitioning to private practice, where she focused on intellectual property and commercial law. She later returned to public service with Judge Mann, resolving state and federal employment law disputes. In the private sector, she litigated employment claims across industries, advised on wage-and-hour compliance, and helped shape employee policies.
Beyond her legal work, Ms. William’s is an entertainment news freelance writer and editor.
Ms. Williams earned her law degree from Brooklyn Law School and holds both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in journalism from the University of Florida and Northwestern University.
