Adam Investigations Counsel is seeking a personable, detail-oriented workplace and campus investigations attorney to join our team of experienced attorney investigators.

Our team of attorney investigators has extensive employment law experience, including litigation, advice and counsel, and workplace investigations. These experiences inform our team’s ability to conduct neutral investigations into sensitive, complex, and critical allegations.

This remote position is perfect for an attorney with at least three years of experience practicing law in California and a solid employment law background. Applicants should be passionate about conducting impartial investigations and have excellent analytical and communication skills.

Minimum Qualifications

  • A minimum of three years of experience practicing law is required
  • Two years of experience practicing employment law is preferred
  • Excellent analytical and legal writing skills
  • Training and experience in workplace investigations
  • Strong listening and communication skills
  • Fair, compassionate, positive, approachable, and professional
  • Must demonstrate pride in work and understand the value of reputation
  • Ability to accept and implement feedback
  • Ability to assess facts with impartiality and eliminate personal biases

Responsibilities

  • Conduct impartial and thorough investigations for clients
  • Compose witness statements
  • Prepare detailed investigative reports, documents, and correspondence
  • Review, summarize, and organize legal documents and information

The salary range is $120,000 – $170,000. Actual compensation will depend on the candidate’s relevant experience and qualifications. The firm’s billable hour requirement is 1,600.
